Day #210 (I lost track somehow!)

Last night we had art time...thank you, Crayola, for making washable paint! The kids had a blast with the paint, Nicholas scrubbing it and pushing it around like dirt, and Andi delicately brushing it on. After the paint came crayons and stickers, then more creativity with their dinners. Who knew carrots could be used as a medium?

Today we waved goodbye to Mimi and Grandpa Tim as they pulled away with their big old Suburban and tiny trailer. It was such fun having them here...can't wait for the next visit.

We then packed a picnic lunch and headed to a local park, where they have noon concerts in the summer. Today we enjoyed the American Legion Band with our peanut butter and jelly. The kids and I agreed that "Stars and Stripes Forever" was our favorite march.
