Sickuary

I'm renaming February, as it's the most unhealthy month of the year for us. The kids are mostly over the flu now, but I took Andi to the doctor yesterday for a UTI (she was soooo good!) and Nicholas is complaining of an earache today, which undoubtedly means an ear infection. That's what usually happens to him when he gets a cold. Poor kids. I know they're good and sick of feeling rotten, too. What we need is some fresh air and sunshine!

The Great Job Search is going slower than we anticipated, but overall very well. Chris received an offer from Rio Tinto Mining in Salt Lake City for a logistics position, at which he would be working on finding homes for old equipment, procuring big tires for the giant trucks, etc. He would travel some, but would mostly work at their headquarters. Today he's touring the Cardinal Glass plant here in Olympia, so we're hoping that he'll get an offer from them soon, too. WalMart gave him a list of locations and asked him to rank them (none were too exciting, but we chose Utica, NY and Eau Claire, WI as our top two). Also, this Friday he'll be travelling to Chicago to interview with KB Home. So...who knows?
