Monterey Bay Aquarium

The aquarium is a no-miss event for me; I could spend all day there gazing into the enormous tanks and visiting the always-entertaining otters. This time we went with my dad and uncle, and we were all fascinated by the monster-like but oddly endearing ocean sunfish, the delicate jellyfish, and the eternally lap-swimming mackerel. Nicholas, in usual form, was enthusiastic about everything, barely notifying us of one thing before noticing the next exciting creature. Andi enjoyed herself, too, but was more interested in the human creatures that were visiting that day, especially the 4-year-old girl ones!
