Timpanogos Cave

In August, we made the trip to Timpanogos Cave, a large series of caverns high in the Wasatch Mountains. The cave was discovered by a hunter in the early 1900s, and it's now accessible by a nice paved path. The hike is about 1.5 miles each way, but the kids did very well. We took lots of breaks along the way and were rewarded by the cool air of the cave once we got to the top. I hope we can make the hike again next year; it's a great adventure.
