Carving Pumpkins

This year we got to play with pumpkins twice--once with Chris' sister Jessica and her husband Terry, and once on our own. I had forgotten how tough those pumpkins are to cut! But we still had lots of fun, and ended up with some cute jack-o-lanterns and some delicious roasted seeds, too.
