Climbing with the Kids in Big Cottonwood Canyon

After a Sunday matinee (City of Ember) and our favorite pizza (The Pie), we took the kids to an easy climbing area in one of the beautiful canyons east of Salt Lake City. The trees are in their full fall glory now, and the weather that day was perfectly crisp and sunny. The kids fooled around on a short crag, but cold rocks and cold hands made it more difficult than usual. Both managed to make it to the top, with lots of help from Dad.
